The Caremma Group is a natural evolution of the Cascina Caremma project.
The founding values such as organic farming, wellbeing, the enhancement of the territory have become the framework of a broader project.
Following the red thread you will travel through ample green spaces, those of the Ticino Park, which with emotion and enchantment will lead you to the centre of the ancient village of Morimondo, situated a few km from Milan. Next to the Abbey the thread gives life to an ear of wheat and it is here that it fills with colour and aromas leading to the Filo di Grano, an Inn with farm-fresh Cuisine.
The ancient 18th century farmhouse thus opens its rooms, where you can’t help feeling enthusiastic in front of the old fireplaces and frescoes, giving space to the exclusive and discreet tables where you will be able to enjoy a proposal of specialty dishes in which cereals are the undisputed protagonists

Following in the cuisine the thread that, untiringly weaves gastronomic patterns you will discover dishes that re-interpret both local and non-local products, starting from land products followed by water products to end in a triumph of sweetness. The proposed menu respects in an innovative and creative way the products from the territory and from the neighbouring Cascina Caremma without forgetting the land in a biodynamic food and wine pattern.
Thus the Filo di Grano, an Inn with Cuisine, opens a new chapter in the Caremma Group, offering new itineraries and weaving new stories to tell, to discover, to breathe and live in an itinerary full of aromas, values and attentions.
In the Regional Park of the Ticino Valley, Morimondo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, maintains its agricultural vocation. The beauty of the Abbey of the of the Cistercian Monks is highlighted by the gentleness of the countryside which it overlooks. It is a land of resurgences, water-meadows and rice fields expertly worked and preserved which have come down to us as irreplaceable tools of a sustainable economy.
